How is Lapso free? What's the catch?

There isn't one. Organizers pay $0. No setup fee, no monthly plan, no hidden charges. We make money through a small service fee (8% + $0.99 per ticket) that's added at checkout and paid by the buyer. You keep 100% of your ticket price.

How does the buyer fee compare to other platforms?

Most platforms charge organizers a percentage plus pass fees to buyers on top of that. With Lapso, you never pay anything. The buyer fee is transparent and competitive, and you can add your own custom fee on top if you want extra margin.

Can I switch from another platform?

Yes. Most organizers get their first event live on Lapso within a day. We'll walk you through setup and help you migrate your audience data if needed.

What types of events work with Lapso?

Club nights, concerts, festivals, pop-ups, private parties, conferences, seated shows. Anything that sells tickets. We support general admission, reserved seating, tiered pricing, and VIP access.

Do I need to sign a contract?
