Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions with Eventmode, Inc. is required in order to allow you to access and use the "Service(s)", defined as the Lapso services as enabled by the platform composed by the website https://www.lapso.io (the "Site"), and all websites associated, owned or managed by Lapso (all together the "Platform"), including the content and the functions that Lapso makes available to you. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.
Upon visiting the Site or utilizing the Platform, you consent to these Terms and Conditions.
To register as a user of the Platform and to avail our Services, you need to be at least 18 years old, or have attained the age of majority in your respective province, territory, or country. Those below the age of 18, or the appropriate age of majority, may only access the Platform and the Services with the involvement and approval of a parent or legal guardian, and this should be under that person's account and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

We hold the exclusive authority to modify or amend parts of these Terms and Conditions whenever we see fit. If we make changes, we will announce them on this page, marking the date at the top of the page when the last revision of terms was made, depending on the significance of the changes. Such modifications to these Terms and Conditions will take effect once they are posted on this website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for alterations or updates. Your ongoing use of the Service and/or the Platform following the date when such changes are implemented implies your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, when availing certain Services, you will be subject to any extra terms relevant to those Services that may be updated on the Service from time to time.
Lapso does not facilitate any types of events, live streams, venues, or other activities. We serve as service providers for those offering events, like promoters, non-profit organizations, artists, comedians, performers, and others (“Organizers”). When you purchase a ticket through our Platform, Lapso manages the payment collection and transaction process on behalf of the Organizer.
Lapso acts as a ticket sales intermediary for the Event Organizer. The Organizers of the events set all ticket prices based on their own evaluation. Lapso does not dictate ticket prices or determine seating locations, ticket inventory, or availability.
Lapso holds the right to alter or cease, either temporarily or permanently, the Platform or the Service (or any portion of it) with or without prior notification. You acknowledge that Lapso shall not be held accountable to you or any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Service. We are not obligated to maintain any information in your account or submitted content for any duration beyond what is mandated by relevant law.
Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email enclosed with the corresponding receipt and the tickets acquired to be printed. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation after your payment, it is your responsibility to immediately contact our support team via email to contact@lapso.io.
We confirm your order once we send you a confirmation email that includes the associated receipt and the tickets you've bought for printing. If you don't receive an Order Confirmation following your payment, reach out to our support team through email at contact@lapso.io.
Aside from the face value of the ticket, tickets bought on our Platform may include: transaction and/or other applicable fees, state and local mandated taxes, and delivery charges, if applicable. For some events, you might have the option to buy tickets directly from the venue box office, thus avoiding transaction fees.
By buying tickets through the Platform, you authorize Eventmode, Inc. to charge your order's total cost to your payment method. The acceptable payment methods are displayed on the Platform during the ticket purchasing process for the relevant event. Shipping or delivery charges, when applicable, will be determined based on the delivery location and shipping method.
In instances of a pricing error where you've paid an incorrect amount for a ticket, Eventmode, Inc. will not be held responsible for this mistake. In such situations, Eventmode, Inc. has the right to cancel the order, along with all tickets linked to that order, and refund the amount paid. Eventmode, Inc. will not be held accountable for any other expenses incurred due to a pricing error on our Platform.
Each event may have a set capacity determined by the Organizer. The Organizer might restrict the number of tickets a user can purchase. The purchase limit is mentioned during the buying process and will be checked with each transaction on our Platform.
Lapso doesn't assume responsibility for the events listed on the Platform. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will strive to reach out to you with information about the refund process. In the event of a cancellation, the Organizer is solely accountable for refunding the tickets bought on the Platform. The Organizer can use the Platform or any other available mechanism to facilitate the refund. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, your tickets remain valid. However, the Organizer should provide information regarding available refund methods.
Refunds are only permissible under specific conditions (Cancelled and Rescheduled Events). The Organizer is the sole entity responsible for reimbursing the cost of tickets purchased on the Platform. If your event qualifies for a refund and the Organizer has provided the funds, we will issue a refund equivalent to the face value of the ticket. Transaction fees are non-refundable. When a refund is processed, it will be reverted to the original mode of payment used by the purchaser. If your payment method is no longer active, please reach out to us at contact@lapso.io.
While you can browse the Platform without creating an account, you may need to register with Lapso to access and use certain features of the Platform and/or Services, such as creating events or buying tickets. If you decide to register, you commit to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Platform registration form. Our Privacy Policy governs your registration data and certain other information about you.
You can provide your user information by entering your first and last names, email, and password, or you can register using your Google Account. You are entirely responsible for keeping your Sign-On Credentials confidential and are fully accountable for all account activities. You must never use someone else's account, nor should you share your username and password with anyone else.
You agree to promptly inform Lapso of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session when using the Platform. Lapso will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to adhere to this section.

Products or services proposed by these websites are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions. We are not accountable for the privacy practices or content of these sites. You assume all risks associated with the use of these sites and any related third-party services. Esta sección aplica exclusivamente a los eventos realizados en el territorio de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
Para efectos de estos eventos, la Plataforma es operada y administrada por E HUB, C.A (“E HUB”).
E HUB, por medio de la Plataforma, proporciona a los organizadores de eventos, la creación de una cuenta y acceso a su sistema de venta de entradas, permitiéndoles crear eventos, emitir tickets digitales, activar y desactivar los procesos de venta de entradas, así como establecer el precio de las mismas a su libre criterio.
El organizador del evento es el único responsable de determinar el precio de venta de las entradas, por lo que se presume que dicho monto incluye las alícuotas vigentes del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) y cualquier otro impuesto aplicable.
Por su parte, E HUB calculará sobre la Tarifa, las alícuotas vigentes del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) y cualquier otro impuesto aplicable, presumiéndose igualmente que dichos tributos están incluidos en el monto de la Tarifa.
En consecuencia, el organizador del evento es el único y exclusivo responsable ante la administración tributaria correspondiente por el pago de los tributos derivados del precio de venta de las entradas, mientras que E HUB será la única y exclusiva responsable ante la administración tributaria correspondiente por el pago de los tributos derivados de la Tarifa, sin que esto pueda prestarse a dudas o confusiones.
El organizador del evento será el único y exclusivo responsable del evento, incluyendo su contenido, lugar de realización, obtención de autorizaciones y permisos en cualquier nivel gubernamental (municipal, estadal o nacional), sean de naturaleza tributaria o de cualquier otra índole, así como de toda la organización relacionada con el mismo. En consecuencia, el organizador exonera completamente a E HUB de cualquier responsabilidad derivada de estos aspectos, dado que E HUB se limita únicamente a prestar servicios al organizador mediante el uso de la Plataforma, la cual actúa exclusivamente como un facilitador para la adquisición de entradas.
Para efectos tanto internos como frente a terceros, el organizador asume toda la responsabilidad por el evento, liberando a E HUB de cualquier reclamación, controversia, procedimiento administrativo, judicial o extrajudicial que pueda surgir en relación con la venta de entradas a los Compradores, la realización del evento o cualquier otro aspecto relacionado.
Cualquier responsabilidad penal, civil, mercantil, tributaria, laboral o de cualquier otra naturaleza que derive, directa o indirectamente, del evento, la venta de entradas, su cancelación o reprogramación, así como del reintegro de montos pagados por los Compradores, recaerá exclusivamente sobre el organizador del evento. En consecuencia, E HUB queda eximida de cualquier reclamo, procedimiento, fiscalización o juicio relacionado con estos conceptos.
Estos términos y condiciones se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
Cualquier controversia o disputa relacionada con eventos realizados en Venezuela será resuelta exclusivamente ante los tribunales competentes en la ciudad de Caracas, Venezuela.
